Shipping Information
Shipping Rates for all orders in the U.S. : All orders will be charged in US$. If the currency converter has been selected to display in a currency other than US$ then be aware that the price shown might not be the same price charged to your credit card or Paypal account. Therefore due to exchange rate fluctuations and any fees and charges determined by your credit card company, Paypal or the payment provider you choose, the final amount charged to your card can not be predetermined if your card is not US$ denominated.
P.O. Boxes: We do not accept orders for shipment to P.O. Box addresses.
Carriers: We use the best and fastest carriers to deliver your products right to your door such as FedEx Smartpost or USPS.
When Will My Order Ship and how long should I wait to receive it: Orders are shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt from the next business day after your order is placed. It may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstances. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays in the United States. Any orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday or if it is a public holiday then the next working day. All orders are shipped from our West Coast warehouse and will usually take between 7-12 working days to receive after placing your order but may take longer due to certain unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances such as bad weather, strikes, global pandemics, etc.. Masterpan Inc. cannot be held responsible for delays beyond their control.
