Shipping Policy & Information
- Shipping Rates for all orders in the U.S. : Free shipping on all orders in the continental United States but not including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Applies only to ground shipping within the 50 United States to a residential or business street address and not a P.O. Box. Terms are subject to change without any prior notice.
- P.O. Boxes: We do not accept orders for shipment to P.O. Box addresses.
- Carriers: We use the best and fastest carriers to deliver your products right to your door such as FedEx, Smartpost or USPS.
- When Will My Order Ship and how long should I wait to receive it: Orders typically ship within 2-4 days after your order is placed. It may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstances. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays in the United States. Any orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday or if it is a public holiday then the next working day. All orders are shipped from our West Coast warehouse and will usually take between 7-12 working days to receive after placing your order but may take longer due to certain unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances such as bad weather, strikes, global pandemics, etc.. Masterpan Inc. cannot be held responsible for delays beyond their control.
- Tracking number: Once your order is shipped you will be notified with a tracking number. If you did not receive it please email us at info@masterpan.com.
- Can I adjust my order after it has been placed: Once your order has been placed we are not able to change it. You can always place another order if you need to add something else.
- Can I change my address after it has been shipped: Once your order has shipped you will have to contact the carrier directly for any changes. We are not responsible for any address changes once an order has shipped.
- Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped: Once your order has been shipped, we are not able to cancel or refund it. Please wait till you receive it and then follow information on our Returns & Cancellations page at https://masterpan.com/pages/returns-cancellations
- Do You Ship Outside Of The USA: Not at this time.
