All products bought directly from Masterpan Inc. on www.masterpan.com are backed with a 30-day money-back return guarantee. If your purchase was from one of our re-sellers then you will need to contact them directly for a refund or to file a claim of any sort with them based on their own return policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days from date of purchase or receipt as a gift, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase value. Copy of invoice will be required for any return to determine actual purchase price.
Shipping cost are not covered on any returns. For any returns you will need to pay for all shipping cost incurred sending you your purchase as well as the shipping cost to return it back to us. Shipping cost to and from Masterpan Inc. warehouse are not included in any cancellations. For any purchases that originally did not include any shipping cost from MASTERPAN because it was over $50.00 and included free shipping our standard flat shipping cost of $5.99 will be deducted.
All we require is proof of purchase showing date of purchase and price, that the product is still brand new, never been used, and in the same original packaging and condition that you received it in. Any returns should be in the same shipper box you received your product in to ensure we receive it back in proper condition.
We do not provide shipping labels for returns back to our warehouse and you will have to arrange for shipping back to us on your own. Please ship back to us either via USPS or FedEx with a tracking number as we need to receive it back into our warehouse before a refund can be processed.
Masterpan Inc. cannot be held responsible for shipping delays that are not under their control. If you choose to cancel an order due to a delay in shipping time you will have to arrange and pay for the shipping cost back to our warehouse.
All items marked as Special Deals, Deal of the Day, Clearance or discounted from original MSRP are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
THE PROCESS: just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line RETURN REQUEST letting us know why you want to return your purchase, a copy of your invoice or online order number, and a picture/s of the product in its original packaging. Upon receipt of your email we will reply you back with a RN # that needs to be mentioned on the return package and the address to where you need to ship it back to. Once you have shipped it just email us back a copy of the shipping receipt and details on how you would like to receive your refund. We will process your refund as soon as we have received the product back in our warehouse.
