How do I contact customer service?
Simple! just move on over to our Contact Us Page or just email us anything at email@example.com. You will be amazed on how simple it is and how quick we reply!
How much is shipping?
Easy! Nothing. All prices shown on our site include shipping and handling cost to anywhere in the U.S.. Your local state tax may apply depending on the state you live in.
How long should I expect to receive my order?
Anywhere between 5 – 7 working days. Check out our shipping policy for everything you need to know about shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible, so once you've placed it, we're typically unable to make adjustments to your shipping address or items. If you have any changes or cancellations, send us an email immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Order Change Request" or "Order Cancellation Request", and we will try and do our best to help with the requested changes as long as the order has not shipped yet.
Can my order be expedited?
Currently we do not offer this option but will be doing so very soon.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt from the next business day after your order is placed. It may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstances. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays in the United States. Any orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday or if it is a public holiday then the next working day. All orders are shipped from our West Coast warehouse and will usually take between 7-12 working days to receive after placing your order but may take longer due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances such as bad weather, strikes, global pandemics, etc.. Masterpan Inc. cannot be held responsible for delays beyond their control.
Do you ship to PO Box’s?

Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes, only to Canada.

How do I apply a Promo Code?
At check out you will be given the option to apply a discount code if it is still valid. Any problems just contact us.
